Job Summary
The Loan Processor is responsible for pre-screening credit reports, ensuring the accuracy and privacy of customer information, and coordinating with sales representatives to meet customer financing requirements. This role involves verifying and submitting customer applications to a variety of lenders to secure funding and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaboration: Work directly with the Finance Manager to assist in achieving company-specific goals.
- Data Collection: Gather client data and evaluate credit reports to assess eligibility.
- Application Review: Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Documentation Management: Organize paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service while ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, government regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of banking or lending experience preferred.
- Expertise in banking or similar consumer financing products.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of Salesforce. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Skills:
- Strong numerical abilities and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm with a passion for helping people.

Working Conditions
- Work Environment: In-person role in our Royal, AR office.
- Physical Requirements: No specific physical demands.
- Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with a daily shift from 2 PM to 11 PM.
- Overtime may be required as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, seniority and location.
