Experienced Service Advisor – Automotive
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in determining their automotive service needs.
- Recommend appropriate service solutions and explain the services in detail.
- Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of service.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for services and obtain customer approval.
- Manage customer service concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of work.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology, methods, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer software programs, such as automotive service software.
