About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the strategic growth of EAE USA by coordinating marketing activities, managing event logistics, and ensuring our brand stands out in every interaction — from trade shows to digital content.

What You’ll Do
- Lead event and trade show coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
- Create and curate original photography, social media content, and marketing materials that bring the EAE brand to life.
- Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, contractors) and handle ordering of promotional and marketing collateral.
- Support CRM updates, budget tracking, and general marketing administration.
- Analyze campaign and event performance metrics to prepare actionable reports.
- Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive consistent messaging and engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Event Coordination, Customer-Facing Sales, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% for events and trade shows.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
- Experience with budget management, event planning, and vendor contracts.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
