About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the strategic growth of EAE USA by coordinating marketing activities, managing event logistics, and ensuring our brand stands out in every interaction — from trade shows to digital content.

This position is ideal for someone who loves multitasking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys blending creativity with organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead event and trade show coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
• Create and curate original photography, social media content, and marketing materials that bring the EAE brand to life.
• Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, contractors) and handle ordering of promotional and marketing collateral.
• Support CRM updates, budget tracking, and general marketing administration.
• Analyze campaign and event performance metrics to prepare actionable reports.
• Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and leadership teams to drive consistent messaging and engagement.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Event Coordination, Customer-Facing Sales, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% for events and trade shows.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP.
• Experience with budget management, event planning, and vendor contracts.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
