Requirements:

  • Active New York LPN License
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • 1–3 years of experience (LTC or SNF accepted)
  • Experience with PointClickCare (eMAR) preferred

Patient Population:
Work with patients diagnosed with dementia, chronic illnesses, and diabetes in a supportive care environment.
