Overview
We are seeking an experienced Load Balancing Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade traffic management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, scalability, and secure connectivity for business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support load balancing solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
Work with modern traffic management platforms to ensure high availability and performance
Troubleshoot complex issues within application traffic management environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
Provide operational support in a shift-based environment
Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure 24x7 service availability through proactive monitoring and support
Advise stakeholders on best practices and technology solutions
Required Skills & Experience
4 6 years of experience with load balancing technologies
Hands-on experience with F5 and/or Broadcom AVI (NSX Advanced Load Balancer)
Strong knowledge of cloud-based load balancing services (e.g., ALB, GSLB)
Experience with AWS and/or Azure networking
Strong troubleshooting and network engineering skills
Experience with traffic analysis and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, Python)
Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs)
Familiarity with enterprise security policies and best practices
Experience working in Agile environments
Relevant network certifications (nice to have)
