Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor overseeing hospital-wide operations during night shifts. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple units, staffing needs, and critical situations in an acute care setting.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3x12s | Full-Time (36 hrs/week)
- Every other weekend holidays
What You’ll Do
- Lead hospital-wide nursing operations during nights
- Supervise and support multiple units & clinical teams
- Make real-time decisions in critical and fast-paced situations
- Optimize staffing based on patient acuity
- Act as the go-to leader for all off-shift clinical needs
- Mentor, coach, and elevate nursing staff performance
- Ensure top-tier patient care and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Active NY RN License
- 3 years acute care experience
- Critical care background (ED preferred)
- Leadership/Charge Nurse experience (1 year)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- CPI within 90 days
