Position Overview
Join EA and help shape the future of our growing drone program. We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Drone & GPS Program Manager / Lead Pilot to lead our drone operations, manage equipment and pilot tracking, and serve as EA’s lead drone pilot.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow and innovate the program by exploring new technology, supporting and developing fellow pilots, and identifying tools and opportunities that improve efficiency and expand the value of drone services across the business.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow and innovate the program by exploring new technology, supporting and developing fellow pilots, and identifying tools and opportunities that improve efficiency and expand the value of drone services across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage drone and GPS equipment inventory, maintenance, firmware, shipping, and upgrades.
- Maintain and update SOPs, quick-start guides, flight logs, and maintenance records.
- Research, test, and evaluate new drone and GPS technologies.
- Train and support EA pilots, including quarterly meetings and troubleshooting.
- Manage onboarding and training for new pilots.
- Communicate new equipment, capabilities, and updates through internal postings and webinars.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, geology, engineering, spatial data science, or similar
- FAA Part 107 UAS License
- Experience in using Esri's ArcPro GIS software
- Experience with GNSS GPS equipment
