Role Overview
- Serve as a strategic right-hand to the CFO, supporting financial leadership through significant acquisition
- Lead and enhance revenue recognition processes within a professional services environment
- Own and refine FP&A, including forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis
- Support a high-acquisition platform (10–15 completed acquisitions) with consolidated reporting and financial insight
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure data accuracy and decision-ready insights
Ideal Background
- Prior experience in professional services or project-based revenue models
- Strong command of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Proven FP&A leadership in PE-backed or acquisitive environments
- Advanced Power BI experience (required)
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, confidential, exit-driven situations
