We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of FP&A & Treasury to join a growing, global manufacturing organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, cash flow planning, and executive reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and enhance finance processes, deliver meaningful business insights, and serve as a key finance partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting packages and executive dashboards.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive profitability analysis across business units, products, and customer segments.
- Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and improve KPI reporting and business performance metrics.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Oversee cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Monitor working capital performance and key cash flow drivers.
- Strengthen treasury controls and financial governance processes.
- Support funding and cash management strategies across multiple business entities.
Leadership & Business Partnership
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Support ERP, reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Build scalable financial planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8 years of progressive finance experience.
- Prior FP&A and/or Treasury leadership experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex B2B environments preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting multi-entity operations.
- ERP and business intelligence reporting experience.
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA preferred.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
