Overview

We’re looking for a highly experienced .NET Web Developer with strong Optimizely CMS expertise to help drive and scale modern digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of web development, digital marketing, and personalization, supporting enterprise-level web platforms and integrations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with digital marketing and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing web solutions
• Lead development and optimization of web experiences within **Optimizely CMS (Episerver), leveraging CMS 12 best practices
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks
• Develop dynamic, component-driven front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and Vue.js
• Implement personalization, experimentation, and content-driven experiences within Optimizely
• Integrate web platforms with enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, and marketing tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Amplitude
• Ensure strong performance, scalability, and adherence to SEO best practices across all digital properties
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and cross-browser/device validation
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content teams, and marketing analysts to deliver cohesive digital experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across web applications, integrations, and marketing technologies
• Stay current on emerging trends in Optimizely, .NET, and digital experience platforms, driving continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in web development within an Agile environment
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and modern web architecture
• Proven experience building and maintaining CMS-driven websites, ideally within Optimizely or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Optimizely CMS (CMS 12 strongly preferred)
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular
• Familiarity with headless or hybrid CMS architectures
• Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first development
• Exposure to digital marketing ecosystems, including personalization, experimentation, and analytics tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications
