Job Description:
E3 XPS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Exhibit Experience Technician to join our growing service team — ideal for driven individuals who are ready to invest in a skilled trade and advance within a dynamic, client-focused company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in details, and wants to be part of the action behind trade shows and live event environments. At E3 XPS, you’ll be building world-class trade show exhibits!
Exhibit Experience Technicians perform multiple labor tasks including shipment receiving/unpacking, shipment preparation, warehouse organizing/cleaning, and exhibit setup/teardown. The service department handles client exhibit management, shipping, repairs and booth setups. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mind, be very organized, and have high attention to detail. We’re looking for sharp, driven people who are ready to work hard, grow, and build something they’re proud of. If you’re ambitious, dependable, and eager to prove yourself — we want to meet you!
Compensation: $26-$30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Set up and take down trade show exhibits
- Prepare outgoing and incoming trade show exhibits
- Check-in shipments and verify inventory part counts against packing lists
- Local installation and dismantle of exhibits
- Pull rental parts from warehouse
- Travel to shows with clients as needed to supervise exhibit setup
- Warehouse cleaning and organization
- General repair work on trade show exhibits
- Other service department duties as requested

Exhibit Experience Technician:
- Start by learning the fundamentals of exhibit handling. Assisting with booth setup and teardown, packing/shipping, basic electrical & AV connections, and show floor procedures.
Senior Exhibit Experience Technician:
- As you grow in experience and leadership, you can move into a field leadership role traveling to shows, supervising installs, supporting clients, and leading crews on-site. Responsibilities include independent booth installation and dismantling, crew supervision, AV, lighting and electrical setup, client interaction, and troubleshooting.
Supervisory Exhibit Experience Technician:
- Supervisory responsibilities include leading a crew of technicians, managing booth installations from start to finish, coordinating with show management/services as necessary, quality control and safety, overseeing multiple crews and booths simultaneously, and interfacing with clients and management.
Other Growth Opportunities: Team members who prove themselves can have opportunities to grow into positions such as:
