This is a hands-on engineering role requiring technical rigor, structured change control behavior, and the ability to move efficiently between projects without loss of detail or ownership.

Core Responsibilities

·       Own manufacturing readiness for NPI programs including process development, tooling, equipment readiness, and validation

·       Develop, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for efficiency, repeatability, and cost

·       Execute and manage ECO implementation impacting manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, and Operations to improve product manufacturability and process robustness

·       Own preventative maintenance programs for production equipment, fixtures, and test systems to ensure reliability and uptime

·       Define and optimize maintenance intervals, procedures, and spare strategies based on equipment performance and failure trends

·       Track equipment performance (uptime, downtime trends) and drive corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce production impact

Candidate Profile

·       Process Discipline – Organized, structured, and comfortable working within controlled revision and PLM systems.

·       Parallel Execution Capability – Able to manage multiple active projects without losing detail, responsiveness, or urgency.

·       Technical Initiative – Hands-on, proactive in testing and troubleshooting, and motivated to solve problems beyond assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

·       5 years of manufacturing engineering experience

·       Proven experience with NPI, process development, and production support

·       Fixture/tooling design and validation

·       Lean manufacturing and process optimization

·       Test systems and production equipment integration
