Junior Supervisor – Operations Team

Compensation: $48,000 annual salary bonus opportunity through Net Dollar Retention plan

Schedule: Monday – Friday, or Some weekends included, business hours (40 hours per week, occasionally less based on workload) - Note: Days may change based on workload for some weekend jobs

We're growing our Operations team and looking for a Junior Supervisor to support our senior leadership in delivering top-quality cleaning services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of commercial cleaning or service-industry experience who is ready to step into a leadership role with room to grow.

You'll spend your days out in the field — performing quality assurance walkthroughs, supporting on-site teams, and keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll also have the chance to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team when extra hands are needed.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct QA walkthroughs at client sites using established checklists, provide feedback to cleaning staff, and help maintain our high standards.
• Team Oversight: Supervise cleaning crews on-site, provide guidance, and address any issues as they come up.
• Hands-On Support: Cover shifts and assist the team with cleaning tasks when needed to keep projects on track.
• Inventory & Equipment: Help track inventory, ensure supplies are stocked, and maintain company equipment.
• Communication: Keep the Senior Supervisor and Ops Manager informed of progress, issues, and client feedback.
• Documentation: Properly complete and submit all required paperwork.

• Minimum 21 years of age (required for company vehicle access).
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning or a related service industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record — you'll have access to a company truck for job-site travel.
• Reliable personal transportation to get to and from our office daily, where the company truck is picked up and dropped off.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish is a plus but not required
