Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Your expertise will support continuous improvement initiatives, uphold rigorous quality systems, and ensure adherence to industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001. Duties

  • Perform thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications.
  • Conduct detailed quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
  • Utilize calibration tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess the accuracy of measurement data and maintain calibration records.
  • Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in internal audits, documenting findings, and implementing corrective measures aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Assist in maintaining comprehensive quality management documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to FDA regulations and implement quality control procedures that enhance overall product integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO medical devices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  • Familiarity with calibration procedures and tools used for data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis skills to identify defects or deviations from specifications effectively.
  • Experience conducting quality audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and report findings clearly.
