We’re seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Mold Technician to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure high-quality part production, and maintain tooling and equipment. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines
- Install, remove, and adjust molds per production requirements
- Perform routine mold maintenance and minor repairs
- Monitor machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct quality checks on produced parts and complete documentation
- Identify root causes for production issues and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and ISO standards
Requirements
- Experience working with plastic injection molding equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to diagnose machine and mold issues
- Familiarity with mold setup, tool changes, and processing
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production specs
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine controls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
