Job Overview:
We’re looking for reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our team for a seasonal opportunity in Westerly, RI. In this role, you’ll play an important part in preparing and packaging products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify product quantities and accuracy against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (scanners, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Support inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be available for the full seasonal period.
