Network Support Specialist

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Network Support Specialist to help keep our systems running smoothly and securely. In this role, you’ll support daily network operations, troubleshoot issues, assist users, and help protect the organization from cybersecurity threats. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and solving real problems for real people, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain network hardware, user accounts, and security configurations
• Troubleshoot network issues and support employees with connectivity and resource access
• Assist with upgrades to network hardware, software, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points
• Help manage SonicWALL/FortiGate firewalls and contribute to cybersecurity monitoring and protection
• Support both on-prem and cloud-based Windows network systems
• Partner with the Network Administrator and serve as backup when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in computer networking or 5 years of hands-on experience
• Experience with firewalls (SonicWALL, FortiGate), Aruba switches, and Microsoft environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices

Work Environment

• Office-based with occasional time on the manufacturing floor

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
