Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our food manufacturing operations. This position will oversee and maintain large industrial machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance (PMs) on industrial food machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Install, dismantle, and rebuild motors, cylinders, and other key components.
- Conduct diagnostics and resolve equipment malfunctions using mechanical and some pneumatic systems knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and machine conditions.
- Adhere to safety and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify equipment issues and provide timely resolutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance (PMs), troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery.
- Hands-on experience with motor and cylinder installation/dismantling.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and related systems.
- Experience maintaining large-scale industrial machines, preferably in a food or drink manufacturing environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
