Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler – CNC Cooling Systems
Location: Enfield, CT
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18/hr
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Eligible for full-time hire after 180 days)

We engineer and build rugged high-pressure coolant systems, chillers, filtration units, and accessories for CNC machine tools. We’re looking for an Entry-Level Assembler to support the production of cooling units used across modern machining operations.
This is a great fit for someone with mechanical or electrical aptitude who wants hands-on experience and long-term growth in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble CNC cooling units using basic hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to complete builds accurately
- Install both mechanical and electrical components
- Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- 1 year of mechanical, electrical, assembly, or similar hands-on experience OR trade school coursework
- Solid mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred, not required)
- Brazing or soldering experience is a strong plus
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

What to Expect
- Contract-to-hire: 180-day contract period
- Full-time conversion: Eligible for permanent hire after 180 days
