Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift openings
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
About the Role
We are looking for CNC Operators to support production across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for someone who has experience running CNC equipment (mills, lathes, or similar), enjoys hands-on work, and wants to continue developing machining skills in a manufacturing environment.
Operators in this role will load parts, run machines, monitor operations, perform basic inspections, and help keep production on schedule. Training is available for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operate CNC machines according to job instructions and safety standards
Load and unload parts, run cycles, and monitor machine operation
Perform basic quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Read and follow work orders, part tags, and production documentation
Make basic machine adjustments as needed (depending on experience level)
Keep work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S / safety practices
What We’re Looking For
1 year of CNC machine operation experience
Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, gauges)
Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment
Good attendance, reliability, and ability to follow written instructions
Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or routers
- Ability to read blueprints or basic GD&T
- Prior experience in machining, metalworking, or production
- Basic machine setup or tooling knowledge
