Overview
e2 engineers is seeking a part-time Business Development Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Concord office. This role focuses on architect outreach, relationship building, and strategic coordination under the guidance of our Principals and Communications Manager.
Hours: 20β30 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, introductions, and lunch-and-learns with Massachusetts architecture firms.
- Conduct outreach to new and existing architect contacts.
- Represent e2 engineers at industry and networking events throughout Massachusetts.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective architecture partners.
- Coordinate closely with the Principals and Communications Manager to support targeted business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate is personable, organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with architects and industry professionals. Prior experience in business development, A/E/C industries, or client-facing roles is required.
