The Senior Accountant is a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, responsible for supporting the integrity of the Company financial records and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will provide support for month-end closing, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and compliance with GAAP.
- Lead account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve variances
- Own monthly accruals
- Support Intercompany Account reconciliations (record transactions, reconcile balances, resolve differences)
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files
- Support in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation
- Support the fixed assets function including recording additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in cash management activities
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5 years of accounting experience
- GAAP and accounting principles knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Deltek, NetSuite, Quickbooks, SAP)
- Prior work with multi-entity
Preferred
- CPA is a plus

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
