Position Overview
We are seeking professional, guest-focused Security Guards who bring strong team energy and a welcoming presence. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to safety, thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and are interested in long-term growth within a career company.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and performers
- Welcome guests with professionalism and positive energy to enhance overall guest experience and encourage repeat business
- Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned post rotations
- Enforce venue policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently and respectfully
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- De-escalate situations calmly and professionally when necessary
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities
- Must present a polished, professional and well-groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming and approachable demeanor.
- Asset protection including but not limited to monitoring our guests and staff, company
- Property and safeguarding our brand and reputation at all times.
- Incident report writing with a focus on detailed clarity, accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong team mentality with a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy or high-pressure situations
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
- Prior security or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided)
