The Security Professional will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, patrolling designated areas, and controlling access to facilities. Daily tasks include observing and reporting suspicious activity, responding to alarms and incidents, following established security protocols, and completing detailed incident and shift reports. The role also involves interacting with clients, visitors, and employees in a respectful and professional manner, providing clear communication and guidance during routine operations and emergencies. The Security Professional will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to support consistent coverage, adhere to local regulations, and use security and communication technology effectively.

Qualifications
- Strong Physical Security skills, including access control, patrolling, crowd management, and incident response.
- Foundational Cybersecurity and Information Security awareness to recognize digital threats and follow secure data-handling practices.
- Basic understanding of Network Security concepts to support safe use of security systems and communication networks.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting, de-escalation, and professional interaction with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related protective services role preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security certifications or training (e.g., guard license, first aid/CPR) are a plus.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required licensing processes, and to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
