About the Role
This position plays a key role in coordinating and optimizing schedules for our production team while delivering outstanding customer experience. While many companies would call this an “inside sales” role, we go beyond that—you’ll also have opportunities to get out into the community and build connections.
You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams, while also supporting operations with administrative tasks and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate and maximize daily schedules for production staff
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Collaborate with operations managers and field teams to ensure smooth daily execution
- Enter and manage data including work orders, estimates, and sales tracking
- Follow up on estimates and nurture prospective and existing customer relationships
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information
- Track and manage incoming sales leads
- Provide administrative and reporting support
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience (5 years preferred)
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach
- Team-Oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Spanish Speaking a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
