Duties
- Welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Refill food stations promptly
- Refill coffee, juice, water, and other beverages
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, buffet stations, and service areas
- Set up and break down breakfast stations before and after service
- Handle guest questions and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other hotel team members
Qualifications
- Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
