About Us
E&T Outdoor Pros is a fast-growing outdoor construction company specializing in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations. We build retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, fencing, irrigation systems, masonry structures, and concrete projects.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager / Crew Lead who is ready to grow with our company and help lead projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew on outdoor construction projects
- Read and understand project plans, layouts, and elevations
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
- Train and develop crew members
- Communicate daily progress with ownership and clients
- Order or manage materials as needed
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, saws, compactors, etc.
- Ensure job site safety and organization
- Solve problems and make field decisions when needed
Qualifications
- Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, drainage, irrigation, masonry, or concrete
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures, levels, and layouts accurately
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Equipment operation experience is a major plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
