Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Security Analyst / Administrator with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security and Role Management Design (RMD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading or supporting Oracle ERP implementations as a Security Lead and possess strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM security administration, auditing, and user provisioning.
This role requires a collaborative and customer-focused professional who can effectively work across technical and operational teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to manage security operations while ensuring compliance with Oracle security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP security activities during implementation and post-production support phases.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Role Management Design (RMD) and role-based security models within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Support and administer security functionalities across Oracle ERP, EPM, and OTM Cloud applications.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access control using Oracle standard security functionalities.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
- Import users and manage user lifecycle activities across ERP, EPM, and OTM environments.
- Monitor and manage user access auditing using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) to minimize segregation of duties (SoD) violations and security risks.
- Support ERP auditing activities and resolve security-related issues across Oracle Fusion applications.
- Perform Oracle environment support activities including:
- ERP and OTM refreshes
- System monitoring
- Configuration management
- Patch validation and support
- Outage coordination
- Migrate SaaS and PaaS technical objects including:
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- BIP (BI Publisher)
- BICC
- ESS Jobs
- Collaborate with Security, Network, Development, Infrastructure, and Product teams to identify and resolve system and security issues.
- Manage and follow up on Oracle MOS Service Requests through resolution.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets and ensure completion within agreed SLA timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle security best practices and internal governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Administration.
- In-depth understanding of Security and Role Management Design (RMD) in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading Oracle ERP implementations as a Security Lead.
- Experience with:
- Oracle ERP Cloud
- Oracle EPM Cloud
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Strong knowledge of:
- User provisioning and access management
- Role-based security design
- ERP auditing and compliance
- Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- SSO Configuration using IDCS
- Experience with Oracle environment refreshes and migrations.
- Familiarity with migration and deployment of technical objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs.
- Experience managing Oracle MOS SRs and ServiceNow ticketing processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in global ERP support environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
