- Relevant knowledge online Store operations and the workflows targeted for automation or streamlining
- • Ability to read operational process documentation, business rules, and stakeholder requirements and translate
- them into software requirements
- • Use internal Bricks (web components), Shield (authentication), and IdMS (identity) for application
- development and deployment
- • Use of Quip for process documentation and tracking, and Radar for ticket and bug management
- • Source control and code review via GitHub Enterprise; CI/CD pipelines via Rio
- • Deployment and ongoing operation of applications on AWS (EKS, Lambda, RDS Postgres, S3, Redis/Valkey)
- • Manage high-volume, cross-departmental software deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- • Ability to own and operate production applications across the full SDLC — intake, design, build, deploy, ops, and
- support
- • Capacity to absorb maintenance load on previously delivered Solutions while continuing to deliver new work
