Key Responsibilities
- Owns the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel across the Personal Lines portfolio, driving growth from lead generation through quote and bind.
- Responsible for funnel optimization, AI-driven insights, experimentation, analytics, fraud prevention, customer experience, and cross-functional leadership.
- Lead the acquisition funnel from lead through bind.
- Optimize digital quote experience.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation.
- Leverage AI, predictive analytics, and ML.
- Partner with Product, Pricing, IT, Underwriting, and Analytics.
- Implement fraud prevention strategies.
