- Strong Windows & macOS troubleshooting skills
- Desktop support expertise
- 5 years experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, AV equipment
- Act as site SPOC; coordinate with infra, network, security, and app teams
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware/software
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, MFA, SSO, Exchange
- Handle escalations & executive-level support
- Ensure endpoint security (patching, antivirus, compliance)
- Perform audits (assets, admin access, equipment recovery)
- Maintain asset inventory & software licenses
- Support IT projects, events, and hardware changes
- Create SOPs and knowledge base documentation
