Title: Software Engineer

• Seeking an experienced SE4 to design and deliver scalable, high‑quality spring boot microservices solutions using MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (OCP), with strong expertise in service and workflow orchestration.
• Must embrace fast, efficient, and accurate delivery pipelines and leverage AI‑assisted rapid development solutions such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, including effective prompt engineering.
• Requires exposure to Teradata and Oracle database query strategies, along with Generative AI awareness and Agentic AI exposure to support modern engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead and participate in story generation and prioritization, and effective cross‑team collaboration are essential.
• Payment’s domain knowledge and moderate UI stack experience are a plus.
• This is a high‑ownership role envisioning architecture, reliability, production stability, resiliency, and performance across enterprise platforms.
• Being more self-driven and embracing candor is a plus to achieve efficiency goals while driving and mentoring the team to the delivery targets .
