Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager specialized in Big Box and Club Accounts to lead our supply chain operations, optimize logistics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination. Your expertise will ensure seamless product flow, maximize efficiency, and support our growth objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale retail operations through innovative process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own sell-through management for Big Box/Club accounts across every SKU and brand we sell into these accounts.
- Manage replenishment forecasting and order operations — in / out / on hand — against each retailer’s demand signal.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact with Big Box/Club accounts on order-related matters: in-stock, fill rates, ship windows, exception resolution.
- Plan and execute the promotional calendar for each account in coordination with our account teams and the retailers’ merchandising partners.
- Partner with the VP Product Development on production timing aligned to Big Box/Club accounts demand and promotional cadence.
- Coordinate with the Arkansas Operations Hub (sales support, forecasting, order ops) on cross-functional execution.
- Monitor sell-in vs. sell-through performance across all three accounts. Identify and act on slow movers, inventory risk, and replenishment gaps before they become problems.
- Support pricing, cost analysis, and P&L visibility for the Big Box/Club accounts business.
- Travel as needed for retailer meetings and reviews (to WA, MA, MN).
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in supply chain, demand planning, or retail account operations.
- Direct experience with club and big box retailers — Big Box/Club accounts strongly preferred.
- Hands-on with retailer-facing systems: Big Box/Club accounts Portal, or equivalent retailer EDI / replenishment systems.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills: PSI discipline, sell-through analysis, forecast accuracy, exception management.
- Excellent communication. You will be the daily voice with retailer counterparts and internal cross-functional teams.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, owner-led, family-business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with Big Box/Club accounts merchandising, replenishment, or supply chain teams.
- Experience with consumer electronics or consumer audio categories.
- Worked on a branded business with licensed brand portfolios.
- Familiarity with promotional planning, joint business planning, and category management at major club and big box retailers.
Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
