E&R Towing is currently hiring experienced and motivated tow truck drivers to join our growing operation throughout the Chicagoland area. We have immediate openings for flatbed, wheel-lift, 4-car haulers, and heavy-duty tow operators.
This position offers steady work, consistent dispatches, and competitive pay within a professional, well-established towing company.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks and hauling equipment
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls
- Secure and transport vehicles properly
- Maintain professionalism with customers, property managers, and law enforcement
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
Positions Available
Flatbed Tow Truck Driver
- Wheel-Lift Tow Truck Driver
- 4-Car Hauler Driver
- Heavy-Duty Tow Operator
- Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL required for 4-car and heavy-duty positions)
- Tow truck experience preferred
- Clean driving record

Broker Requirements:

- Tow experience required
- Professional appearance and customer service
- Ability to operate independently
