Role Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Data Analyst to transform marketing and CRM data into actionable insights. You'll design Tableau dashboards, build and manage ETL pipelines from Salesforce and other systems, lead marketing analytics initiatives, and uphold data quality standards that enable confident, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and iterate on Tableau dashboards and visualizations for marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load data from Salesforce, ad platforms, data warehouses, and other sources using ETL tools or SQL-based scripts.
- Manage analytical projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and met.
- Conduct marketing analytics including campaign performance, channel attribution, funnel and cohort analysis, LTV/ROI modeling, and A/B test evaluation.
- Validate and reconcile data across systems; define and enforce data quality rules, lineage tracking, and issue remediation processes.
- Partner with marketing, sales ops, and engineering to translate business questions into data requirements and measurement frameworks.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommended actions.
- Support data governance initiatives including metadata documentation, naming standards, and access controls.
- Automate routine data processes and reporting pipelines to improve reliability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
- Hands-on Tableau experience: dashboard design, calculated fields, and performance optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including its data model, reporting, and SOQL (preferred).
- Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., Fivetran, Informatica, Talend, Airflow, or SQL-based pipelines).
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Demonstrated experience implementing data quality checks and managing remediation workflows.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
- Tableau or Salesforce certification(s).
