Job Summary
E&M Counseling is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and licensed LCPC to join our growing private practice. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a clinician interested in maintaining a manageable caseload while providing high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver services in person, via telehealth, or in a hybrid format.
- Collaborate professionally with the practice team as needed.
Experience
- Active Maryland LCPC license required.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards.
- Experience with electronic health records is preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time position.
- Caseload of approximately 6–12 clients.
- Flexible scheduling.
- $70 per hour.
