Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for apartment renovations across the nation. Your expertise will help bring visions to life, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. Experience in apartment turns is preferred. Ability to travel to different estates anywhere in the country. Projects typically last 6 months to a year in some locations before moving on to the next. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and durability. Apply paint using various methods including brush, roller, spray (airless and conventional), and specialty equipment such as paint sprayers. Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in multifamily painting. Hands-on experience with various painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (airless/conventional), and coating applications. Knowledge of safety regulations specific to construction painting environments; committed to maintaining a safe workspace at all times. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
