E-Logic is seeking a highly meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to support Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring all M365 deliverables, documentation, and processes meet strict federal and IRS-specific quality assurance requirements, supporting the continuous improvement of the program.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and execute quality assurance processes for M365 services and project deliverables.Monitor and ensure compliance with project requirements, federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA), and IRS-specific guidelines.Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, reports, and dashboards.Identify areas for process improvement, recommend corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Support audits, reviews, and internal/external assessments related to M365 deliverables.Collaborate with technical teams and IRS SMEs to ensure deliverables meet compliance, security, and traceability requirements.Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity and quality assurance protocols.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related roles, preferably in a federal government or high-compliance environment.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and cloud-based service deliverables is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.Knowledge of quality frameworks, audit processes, and federal standards.Important Notice:This role is part of a proposal for the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).
