You will align, manage, and lead an experientially diverse team specializing in Navy ship maintenance, modernization, and life cycle logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) related to carrier modernization, Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH), and Inactivation (INACT) product lines.
- Coordinate strategic planning, work package developments, and execution schedules.
- Support Integrated Project Teams (IPT) and weekly progress reviews with Ship Commanding Officers.
- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- PMP or DAWIA Level III certification is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Navy program management experience is strongly preferred.
