E-Logic is seeking a highly qualified, senior Program Manager (PgM) to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams in supporting the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Management) - Information Technology Division - DUSN (M) ITD. The selected candidate will have complete operational oversight and serve as the single, exclusive point of contact for all government stakeholders, contracting officers, and program leadership. The locations will be within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the authoritative Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the federal government client, managing communication, resolving operational friction points, and handling contract execution.
- Direct all aspects of program performance (cost, schedule, technical execution, risk management, and resource allocation).
- Enforce rigorous project control metrics, ensuring all contract Deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) meet or exceed agency expectations.
- Manage, mentor, and align a highly technical distributed workforce (including cybersecurity, database administration, and help desk teams).
- When deemed necessary by the Government, the contractor shall be required to work offsite at a non-government location within 25 miles of the NCR
- Minimum 10 years of proven program management experience specifically focused within the Federal IT Sector.
- Active, valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Demonstrated experience navigating Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government reporting architectures.
- Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication competencies.
