E-logic is seeking qualified personnel to serve as a Mailroom / Production Support Clerk supporting the U.S. Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) at Fort Hood, Texas. This critical, non-personal services role ensures the secure, efficient, and uninterrupted handling of official correspondence, automated messaging, classified/unclassified reproduction work orders, and daily logistical support vital to the OEC mission.

This role is part of a proposal for U.S. Operational Evaluation Command (OEC). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
Responsibilities
- Pick up, receive, control, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing official mail and packages (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL). Maintain comprehensive delivery logs and strict accountability records.
- Operate a closed-body government vehicle for mail delivery and pickup. Conduct and document daily user-level Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), maintain vehicle cleanliness, track mileage, and report vehicle maintenance requirements or deficiencies.
- Operate government-furnished office equipment--such as printers, copiers, facsimiles, binding machines, and cutting machines--to satisfy customer work orders, including the processing of classified printing.
- Process and safeguard automated message traffic via the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), reviewing/forwarding unclassified mail and printing/delivering classified messages.
- Perform daily, random visual inspections of the entire PDS raceway and immediately report any discovered anomalies to the Security Manager/S2 and G6 ISSM within 15 minutes.
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working independently in a mailroom environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a large-scale reproduction machine.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems, specifically Adobe Acrobat Pro and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must complete and maintain annual/initial certifications in the following areas:
- Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training
- OPSEC Level 1 Training
- iWATCH Training (within 30 days of start)
- DoD Cybersecurity Awareness Training
- Threat Awareness Reporting Program (TARP) Training
- Fort Hood Publications Management Course & Installation Postal Certification
