IT Manager

E-Logic is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee delivery of IT services in support of Department of Defense (DoD) operations. This role is responsible for managing contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and delivering secure, reliable IT services in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, support services, and cybersecurity compliance
• Serve as primary liaison with Government stakeholders, including Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
• Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure service delivery meets contract requirements
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance of IT personnel
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies (e.g., DFARS, OPSEC, IA/Cyber Awareness)
• Manage risk, incident response, and escalation processes
• Provide reporting on system performance, SLAs, and operational metrics
• Ensure proper handling of Government property, systems, and sensitive data
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 7 years of IT leadership experience
• Experience supporting DoD or federal contracts
• Knowledge of DoD 8570/8140 requirements
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF)
• Active or eligible for security clearance (preferred)
