The Facilities Coordinator is an important position to the operation of the school. The regular hours for this position will be 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. The Facilities Coordinator reports to the Middle School Operations Manager

The following is a general list of responsibilities of the position—additional duties will be assigned.
- Assist Operations Manager with daily tasks including, but not limited to, shared space cleaning, small repairs, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date Food Handlers License.
- Maintain grounds as needed.
- Work with contracted evening cleaners, operations managers, and other facilities staff to ensure a proper inventory of supplies.
- Ensure that school gymnasium is cleaned/dusted weekly and as necessary.
- Ensure that bathrooms are cleaned throughout the day, and free of graffiti.
- Prepare for evening events at all campuses as needed, including taking out trash from common spaces, spot cleaning bathrooms, furniture setup, etc.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
