Position Overview
E.L. Blake Corporation is seeking a Technical Operations Lead (SME) to support U.S. Air Force mission planning
operations at Hill AFB, Utah. This position serves as the program's primary technical resource for mission planning
systems and provides oversight and guidance to geographically dispersed System Support Representatives (SSRs)
supporting operational missions worldwide.
The selected candidate will support software deployments, modernization efforts, technical issue resolution, and
operational standardization across the program. This role serves as a key liaison between field personnel, government
customers, and program leadership to ensure technical accuracy, mission readiness, and successful contract execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and guidance for mission planning systems, fielding activities, software deployments,
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between System Support Representatives (SSRs), government customers,
- Oversee the identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution of technical issues impacting mission planning
- Ensure technical consistency, standardization, and operational compliance across geographically dispersed
- Support contract performance, cybersecurity compliance, reporting requirements, and continuous process
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (required)
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
- CompTIA Security Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or 4 years of relevant IT
- Experience supporting DoD, mission planning, or mission-critical IT environments
- Demonstrated leadership, technical oversight, and problem-solving experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force mission planning systems or applications
- Experience leading or coordinating geographically dispersed technical teams
- Working knowledge of DoD IT infrastructure, cybersecurity requirements, and operational support environments
