- Greeting and providing service to customer, venders and visitors.
- Assist job applicants with employment applications process.
- Responsible for answering, monitoring, and routing all incoming calls.
- Responsible for typing, filing, and other duties assigned by Office Manager.
- Assisting with new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Providing administrative support for all departments.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Conform to all company policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to welcome and relate to all external and internal customers and phone customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and other operating software.
