Reynolds Company is looking for a motivated, fast‑paced Maintenance Apprentice who’s eager to learn, stay busy, and keep our facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being part of a high‑energy team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect machinery daily and help identify issues early
• Assist with facility and equipment inspections

• Support HVAC troubleshooting under supervision
• Monitor maintenance inventory to keep tools and materials organized
• Maintain safety and quality standards

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Document repairs and inspections
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance, construction, HVAC, or related experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications (CMRP, HVAC, etc.) preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to safe work practices
