What You’ll Do
- Inspect machinery daily and help identify issues early
- Assist with facility and equipment inspections
- Support HVAC troubleshooting under supervision
- Monitor maintenance inventory to keep tools and materials organized
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Document repairs and inspections
Qualifications
1–3 years of maintenance, construction, HVAC, or related experience- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications (CMRP, HVAC, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to safe work practices
Salary : $34,232 - $50,823
