Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to:

• Shepherd projects from conception to deployment and beyond.
• Develop Enterprise class Websites and Information Systems.
• Work within constraints of existing networks, systems, and policy by building creative solutions.
• Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to integrate new features into existing software.
• Ability and willingness to learn and field test technologies for use on the project (e.g., Leaflet.js, Vue.js, d3.js, Map-Reduce/Document Store/Graph/RDF Triplestore, etc.)

Qualification

• Active Top Secret clearance 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 13 years of relevant experience 

Required Skills/Technologies

• Experience with developing enterprise class websites and information systems or with software integration build, installation, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience significant with major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Web Development -- .NET v9 experience
• Front-end expertise with React (v19)
• Back-end development experience using C# (v13)
• JavaScript/Typescript (JSX/TSX) experience
• Experience with software integration: build, installation, and deployment.
• Experience with both green field development and maintaining /upgrading legacy systems.
• Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
