GIS Analyst

Salary Range: $52,000 – $60,000 (junior-level; based on experience)
Position SummaryE. Holdings, Inc. is seeking a GIS Analyst to support federal, state, and local clients through spatial data creation, analysis, mapping, and reporting. This role focuses on developing high-quality GIS products that support engineering analysis, planning initiatives, and business development efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Consulting Support (Approx. 80%) - Create, develop, and maintain GIS databases and geospatial datasets - Produce cartographic and mapping products for client deliverables - Support engineering, communications, and management teams with GIS analysis - Generate reports and documentation for projects.
Data Analysis, Coding & Business Development (Approx. 20%) - Develop analytical tools and scripts within GIS environments - Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
· 3–5 years of GIS experience
· Proficiency with ESRI technologies (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ESRI Developer tools)
· Experience with SQL, Python/ArcPy, or other scripting languages
· Strong understanding of geospatial data management and cartographic principles
· Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
