We are currently looking for Full-Time Controller to join our Team within the Sales department.
The Controller position is located in Brownstown, IN
Workplace type: Remote
Job Location: Indiana headquarters
Base Salary: To be determined, based on experience level.
Position Summary
The Controller position is responsible for:
- The Controller will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The controller participates in management of the operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Experience with financial reporting and preparing financial statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in human resources and data processing equipment and systems
- Experience in cost accounting
- Experience in credit and collection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
- Finance, or related field;
- CPA or CMA certification a plus.
